STANDARD RETURNS 

Our customers mean the world to us, which means your satisfaction is our top priority. If you don’t absolutely love what you order from us, then we want you to send it back so that we can make it right. You can return most items to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Did you order something that you were expecting to love, but when you saw it, it wasn't quite what you thought it would be?  Our return policy covers returns of most products in new condition up to 30 days after delivery. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS 

Bottom line is: If we’ve made a mistake, we’ll fix it. If your product was damaged or broken during shipping just give us a call at 928-202-4084 or email us at bananasinoldtown@gmail.com and we’ll walk you through how to get your full refund. Please save the packing until we've had a chance to talk. We will cover the cost of return shipping for damaged products.
